the best 1st lap so far ;)

a few days back, i went jogging alone and came home feeling a bit frustrated as i was only able to finish 4 laps. my heart was pumping so hard it felt like twas bursting to pieces! and that was only after the 1st lap! by 4th lap, i gave up.
